Who It’s For

  • Older adults looking to improve strength, balance, and confidence

  • Ideal for those who’ve been sedentary, feel stiff, or are nervous about getting active again.

  • Suitable for ages 60+, including those in their 90s.

  • Great for both men and women.

How It Works

  • Based on the Otago Programme – a proven, evidence-based exercise plan.

  • Focus on functional movements: stepping, reaching, floor work, and balance techniques.

  • Led by OTAGO-trained instructors in a safe, supportive environment. All equipment provided.

Course Details

  • Free 8-week course, funded by generous sponsors.

  • 1 hour per week, on the same day and time each week.

  • Held in Ottershaw and Stanwell.
