


Meet Gill, Instructor & Founder
Gill Rae is an OTAGO-trained instructor, chair-based exercise and fall prevention facilitator with several years of experience working with and enabling seniors. She combines socialisation and mobilisation to promote total wellbeing and help older adults stay active, connected, and confident.

Gill has worked in dementia care homes, sheltered housing, community centres, and village halls, supporting clients aged 60 to 90+. As the founder of Ageing Actively CIC, she’s an award-winning community leader dedicated to creating inclusive, fun sessions that focus on strength, balance, and overall health.

Meet Dee, Stretch & Balance Instructor
Dee is a highly qualified fitness instructor and OTAGO-trained specialist, passionate about helping older adults build strength, balance, and confidence.

Previously the Lead Over 60s Instructor at Riverbourne Leisure Club in Chertsey, Dee brings experience, energy, and a supportive approach to every session—making her classes fun, effective, and welcoming for all.
