Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Set Your Goals - Outline your personal goals and desired outcomes before enrolling.

  2. Attend 8 Free Sessions - Join 8 free sessions of the Fall Prevention Hub, led by OTAGO-trained instructors.

  3. Homework - Continue building strength and balance with simple exercises to do at home between sessions.

  4. Evaluate Your Progress - After completing the course, we’ll help you assess your experience and next steps.

  5. Continue at Home or Join Dee's Stretch & Balance Classes - Keep progressing by continuing at home or joining Dee’s Stretch & Balance classes for £39 for a 6-week course.
